OBGYN is amazing !!!! I’ve seen her for my first pregnancy as well as current. Pediatrics is horrible, always a long wait in the rooms. Many times I’m there over an hour and a half waiting for 30 min sometimes longer for the doctor to come in the room. It’s ridiculous ! The pediatrician is rude and insults my son right when she walks in the room saying he has a big head. I need to catch my son up on his shots, but after I’m going back to arrowhead. As a new patient, I found the staff curious ( I meant courteous�) and willing to help. Absolutely like my new Dr! (Dr. Johnson�).
I'm not sure how long is the normal to have a TB test read but I have been sitting here an hour and have been told twice that the were going to "call me right now". Right now came and went 20 minutes ago. Mean while I sit here listening to the office staff personal conversations. I will also add that there where only two people in the waiting room during this time. I will never return to this place.
My kids mean the world to me. If i don't speak up for them, nobody will. I took my 1yr old daughter to the urgent care after work last night. It opens at 5 after the family practice (which has great pediatric nurses) closes. My son went with us. He's almost 3yrs old. When we got there they asked why i was there.
