Had my bathroom completely remodeled by Banning and Son. From the first meeting with Bruce and Leon to go over a detailed estimate and ideas to the finished product, my experience couldn't have been better! Not only was the work top notch, all the guys who came to work were professional, friendly, very experienced and provided outstanding customer service! They remodeled our kitchen and laundry room which look great. They installed a beam for the open concept kitchen. The teams construction skills are very good and they knew our era of house well. The plumbing and electrical work are solid. The outsourcing was mostly good. The tile and dry wall were great. They also recommended a great cabinet and countertop shop. Had a contract with them for a kitchen remodel. They did one day of demo then disappeared for two weeks claiming they couldn’t complete rest of demo til their framer looked at the wall. We waited almost two weeks for them to give us an extremely high quote for rest of project. We told them we were in a tight timeline but they took their time.
