Mezcali was honestly one of the best bar experiences I’ve ever had. The cocktails were outstanding, but what really made the difference was learning about mezcal itself. Enrique, the bartender, took the time to explain everything — from the type of agave to why choosing a high-quality mezcal completely changes the flavor and balance of a drink. It wasn’t just about drinking; it was about understanding. You can truly taste the difference when the mezcal is well selected and respected in the cocktail. Highly recommend
