My wife had been in a level 1 trauma center for 9 months this year. She came home and had to be admitted to Banner Health for further complications. From a comparison standpoint, Banner Health gives an equal level of care. Banner Health deserves the highest accolades, from newest CNA to the CEO. It's the middle of the night, been waiting two hours, and they claim no rooms are available. Even though there was only one other person here before us. This is the most ridiculous hospital I have ever been too.
Not even going bother mentioning the quality of care because my main issue is billing department. What they charged me for a kidney stone was astronomical! Even after insurance! I made the first payment and immediately contacted someone to send me the financial information because I knew I could not afford to pay as much as they expected per month. Chest pains and sudden leg paralysis. So far? 2 hours in the waiting room. I was the first here and it is not busy.
Thanks for dealng with me when my doctors had given up on me so i have to keep coming here. Im sure ill be back soon or here and their unless they figure out whats wrong. Its sad people like me have to go to the er as we arent recieving proper care or no solutions...even though im sure trying.The front desk lady is really lacking in customer service (not even a greeting ever) but everyone else seems great and caring.
