Thanks for dealng with me when my doctors had given up on me so i have to keep coming here. Im sure ill be back soon or here and their unless they figure out whats wrong. Its sad people like me have to go to the er as we arent recieving proper care or no solutions...even though im sure trying.The front desk lady is really lacking in customer service (not even a greeting ever) but everyone else seems great and caring.
It was really frustrated when you come to a ER, and then they have you wait for hours. I brought my 13 months old son to this ER for an emergency care. To be fair, things we see doesn’t mean everything, we don’t like to waste the medical resources here, but when we come to this ER, that means for real it is urgent, and we need that care especially it is about a little baby. If you cannot take care urgent matters, then just that gives your resources to someone who can do it. Instead, charge people ridiculously expensive medic... read more
It pains me to give Banner Health ER a 3 star review, because for very obvious reasons we ALL know it doesn't even deserve a 1 star... But this isn't about that, so I'm not going to focus on my bad experience and all the other issues. This is about a truly remarkable employee. This is for Officer Jared who was working early this morning 05/24/25. The really tall guy! This man is exceptional. Absolutely worthless to call because they claim they will "not give medical advice" when I was simply asking if I should come in. The woman claimed they haven't answered peoples questions in "years." LOL outright lying to me as if I inconvenienced her with my "stupid question."
Very nice and professional, got helped right away and would recommend this hospital
