Staff were very kind & understanding as my dog was a challenge for them.
I was at the point where I needed end of life services and requested to have a vet from the clinic come to the family farm. As unpleasant as the task at hand was for me and my family, the level of respect and compassion provided by the vet and her assistant was a level of quality and professionalism that made everything unfold in the best manner possible. Listens to any concerns and advises accordingly. Advises but does not push points. No upselling. Aware that didn’t have good experience with previous vet.
Very compassionate with our Dakota when she was so sick. They got us in right away and gave us some medication for her pain. Results of blood tests will be called the next working day.
