We’ve been bringing our dog Kevin for 4 years to banner road after a recommendation from a neighbour. We always have a great experience, the staff are all incredibly friendly and very communicative. I never have an issue getting a response via phone or email!
Good clinic, been going for years. Dr.Evans and Purcell great, Dr. Dray can come across a little condescending and in a hurry to get thru appointment. Since Thamesford has grown takes longer to get an appointment, and have waited 1/2 hr plus after appointment time. Again good vet, but not sure anymore if still worth trip out from London
This place is always clean. The staff always friendly and every vet working there is compassionate and competent. We would highly recommend this establishment and so doesn’t our little Bichon who is very spoiled and typically does not like vets!!!
All staff are wonderful. Dr Tammy is awesome.
I have been going to Banner road for years with each of my cats and I will never go to another vet. They are thorough, answer all of your questions, make sure your pets are in the best care, and are extremely trustworthy. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly.
