Mike is perhaps the best mechanic I’ve worked with. I was on a trip to Revelstoke and Golden from Colorado, and had some unfortunate sled trouble. Mike went above and beyond to get me back on the snow twice! Courtney, the service manager is also incredibly nice.
I’m new to sledding and managed to seize my motor right away on my machine. I was recommended banner by friends to drop the machine off and they will update me on what’s happened. They took the time to confirm a seized motor and were honest with me about the old machine not worth being fixed. They didn’t try to upsell me a motor they advised against it and didn’t charge me anything for their time.
