I should have started my PT there from day 1 after my ACL reconstruction surgery. PT Bjorn is super talented and understanding. Overall, I saw recovery better than what I was expecting.
I'm sorry to say I was extremely disappointed. The gentleman that did my initial evaluation was nice but went down from there. Very disorganized and didn't pay attention to me. I was put on a machine to do an exercise for 5 minutes and then the evaluation man gave my chart to another person who says he needs to pass on to someone else as he's going to lunch. I was told this was one one. But people were jumping from one person to another and I just stood there. Not a good experience at all. I'm supposed to go back next week b... read more
Our son went to Banner PT on Broadway for almost 2 months and they released him without helping his issue. At the end they didn't have much to say except to go back to the doctor or find another place to be seen. I was highly disappointed. I thought that this being a facility that works with athletes, they would be able to also help him work on mechanics of why his arm continued to hurt. However they overall said that they werent able to "toy around" with mechanics. I wish I would have known that we would be back to almost t... read more
