Everyone is so nice. Rylee and Jeffrey are both very helpful and take time to make sure that I do the exercises correctly.
The therapists at Banner Physical Therapy - Surprise are very competent, courteous, and results-oriented. Rylee has a wonderful demeanor and exceeds expectations. The equipment is modern and well-maintained.
receptionist has a lot to be desired. not very good for promoting business. as advised receptionist was not very informative, had less than a professional attituded. just really turned us off. now we have signup with another clinic. 3 times per week for 6 weeks , and i need two operations , sorry your loss. note this is the second time once we came to the clinic and once i called. same attituded both times
Very welcoming environment with friendly employees that made me feel comfortable. Jacob was very efficient and I am looking forward to my continued treatment here.
