This location has continued to violate my repeated requests since April of 2026 to stop sending me texts and emails. Even the therapist said they tried to stop these and put in a request. Banner continues to send me communications about my care and I haven’t even been there in months. I call the front desk and had requested and stated very directly that I need to speak to on the manager urgently about this issue. Kelly Ann has been a terrific therapist. I've only had three sessions but have experienced improvement. She answers my questions and gives understandable directions. She has been patient and caring.
Joe has been an outstanding therapist for my mom during both of her knee replacement surgeries. He is knowledgeable, patient and most important he listens to the patient and keeps them informed of their treatment.
