I was refereed by my Banner Ortho Dr. to this place to treat minor patellar tendinitis. It has been disappointing. Sessions are expensive and results do not deliver. After my second session, my pain got worse. I felt they are gate keeping exercises to secure future sessions and refuse to work on the actual area of pain. Banner Ortho referring me to banner PT, conflict of interests.. I should have thought better and avoided this place or at least went to a PT outside the banner system.
Many thanks to Banner PT for their professionalism and compassion. Rhett is wonderful, kind and very helpful. My treatment plan was outlined and explained to me thoroughly.
I've had a very good experience with my therapist Mitch and the facility is clean. However, they need to have a handicapped accessible door! People come struggling in for therapy with walkers, canes, arms incapacitated etc. and there is no button available to easily open the doors. This is almost oxymoronic and completely unacceptable.
Through evaluation by the PT. Will start exercises on the next visit. Banner Medicare Prime will only allow me 6 visits.
