I had an excellent experience at Banner Physical Therapy located at 655 S Dobson Rd, Chandler, AZ. The front desk staff were consistently professional, greeting me warmly with a smile and a friendly "have a nice day" as I left. Matt, my Physical Therapist, was both knowledgeable and approachable, with a calming and encouraging demeanor. I would recommend Banner PT to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable compassionate therapist, not a PT mill. My therapist (Matt Neeley) listened to my issues & developed a treatment plan for my needs & lifestyle. He explained all aspects of my treatment & answered all my questions making sure I understood his explanation. Matt stayed with me for the duration of my appointment (not leaving me to do exercises on my own like so many other facilities do). I highly recommend this facility.
