I started my child's PT (minor child - can drive themself- single parent full custody/decision making) for recovery from knee surgery on 9/26/2025. Signed all the paperwork. I get a call from Banner PT and rehab on 10/2/2025 requiring me to come in to sign their new terms and conditions and responsibility for payment forms. I signed the previous version on 9/26/2025. The manager (Phillip) tries to be intimidating and is rude and should in the beginning be clear with banner policies and hours of service! 5 Stars for Greg and Naomi who are great therapists and did wonders for my back and shoulder. I was told I could come in 15 minutes early to warm up before my session. The manager (Phil) after showing up early for 5 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday told me my appointment is at 8 and not to show up till 8 even though the sign say open at 7:30 due to their policy. I did my PT here after a bike crash and hip replacement and I can not speak highly enough about my experience. I worked primarily with Scott, and also with Naomi. They were both excellent. Scott helped me go from struggling to get around in a walker in the week after surgery to getting back to long bike rides and hikes in a few short months.
