I crushed my wrist due to an accidental fall in May. I am fortunate to have Steve to be my therapist! He’s very professional and is kind and gentle. He really knows every aspect of being an excellent physical therapist to help get my hand back to being as normal as possible which has been frustrating and painful for me. Hand pain and clumsiness is so hard to ignore. Steven has tools that definitely help ease the pain. He must understand how much hands can really be front and center with pain because he gives hands a chance to rest from pain before he addresses the clumsiness. He makes it ok to give your hands a break from pain.
Joe does a great job of keeping up with all of the patients and is a great teacher, as he answers all of my questions in language I can understand.
Steve is very good at his job. He explains all aspects of the services and treatment well. My only complaint (as with Banner in general) is having to go through the call center every time you need to reach the office. That is certainly not a reflection on anyone in the their office.
had major hand area repair - Steve Kremer is getting me back into good shape with guided treatment and exercises - didn't know what to expect post cast removal but the recovery/healing has been made easier because of his expertise.
