Never have had a bad experience. They do get busy in the afternoon, but the therapists are professional, and they do their best to accommodate your needs.

Chaz Smith was my PT and he carefully ran me through all the test and asked the appropriate questions putting me at ease. Really appreciate that he took the time to show me the correct way to do the exercises I do at home, very thorough.
