I want to sincerely thank the team at Banner Physical Therapy on Broadway in Tempe for completely changing the way I view physical therapy. Having dealt with back problems for years, I was used to visiting chiropractors for quick relief and honestly believed physical therapy was just about doing a few exercises with little follow-up. The front desk staff here is utterly incompetent. I called to book an appointment and arriving for my appointment was told I didn't have one; was treated rudely and nobody apologized. Rescheduled an appointment but decided to go elsewhere. Called and canceled my appointment, then days later received reminders about my appointment; called and cancelled my appointment. Can’t even express the feelings for this place truly amazing people, I was dealing with major pain in my right shoulder(dominant) I was in so much pain and in a state of depression that’s when I found banner and met Javier who is just a great person to be around always with positive attitude and listens to the problems you have if I ever have a injury again I know I’m in good hands when I’m there
