I had a respirator fitting here after struggling with sizing because I have a smaller face. Andrea fit me in and took a lot of time even when short staffed to try different ones until we found one that worked!

I have been a commercial driver for 34 yrs. When it comes to cpap compliance this clinic has alot to learn. When you challenge them on the actual regulations the stick by there ignorant portrayal and then interpretation that they want. You are not God, and to be so nonchalant, about trying to yank someone's ability to make a living, it should be taken a little more serious. I reported there ignorance to my company and ill let them follow up.

I had an appointment this morning, the lady who called me back and who drew my blood was amazing! She was so sweet, and I regret not remembering her name. A lot of people have issues drawing my blood, but she got it on the first try. The RN at the front reception was also very kind and when I called her about a situation that arose (situation i am mentioning below) she seemed very concerned and empathetic about the situation.
