Ladies at the front were awesome and the ladies who did my physical evaluation had great energy.
Karla Ornelas, FNP was nice the first time I met her. I got an MRI. It takes a while to get an appointment with her. So, I had to wait a couple of weeks. I went in. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude to me because I was a few minutes late. There we no other patients in the office at all. I apologized. I had a respirator fitting here after struggling with sizing because I have a smaller face. Andrea fit me in and took a lot of time even when short staffed to try different ones until we found one that worked!
The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a pleasant experience at this facility.
