Honestly debated on even posting this but if it saves someone else's time and energy then I'm going to do it! I recently have been seen there for a workman injury that I am still dealing with a month later. I have seen 3 separate doctors in the 4 weeks I have been seen there. The last doctor who I saw is incredibly negligent. Never once put her actual hands on me. Wonderful lil office. Wonderful, caring, professional and kind people here! I came for a checkup and DOT physical card updated. I was treated very nicely. The process is simple and even enjoyable. Quick easy and enjoyable. 😁 Thank you folks for your kindness and professionalism. Keep doing a great job! Ladies at the front were awesome and the ladies who did my physical evaluation had great energy.
Karla Ornelas, FNP was nice the first time I met her. I got an MRI. It takes a while to get an appointment with her. So, I had to wait a couple of weeks. I went in. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude to me because I was a few minutes late. There we no other patients in the office at all. I apologized.
