Our experience with this cancer center was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already devastating time. After being told we would be contacted regarding potential clinical trials, the center requested two biopsies be completed. We complied promptly. After that—nothing. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there was no contact or response for nearly five months. No updates, no explanation, no accountability. Steve at the front desk needs to be let go. He is the rudest and most arrogant person. My mother gets treatment there and I witness his audacity each time we are there. These folks are going through the worst and toughest time of their lives and they don’t need people working there with the rude attitude that he has. It is unacceptable !
They are very rude . They treat the devil better than people . Disrespectful lies to you . Won't lesson very very hateful to everyone .
