Terrible extent of treatment capabilities! Extreme overpricing, and dishonest policies that prevent immediate care from being provided effectively. Just left with a bill for a few hundred dollars for them to tell me they had the equipment to determine the severity of a sprain and whether I need surgery, but they can’t get me on the schedule without an outside referral, which they can’t provide, and they also can’t justify that particular imagery in the emergency room setting. Came in in pain left in pain was desperate for help with abdominal pain that wasn't figured out labs weren't gone over with me they did ct scan and all was supposed to be clear so they had me leave they blew out my vein by yanking it out hard as hell!! First doc placed it no problem the lady that yanked it left a golf ball size knot on me for over a week this is it now over a week out just go to reno can't wait to see my bill in the mail for the awesome service.

The nurses Dawn, Barbara, Jonathan and Shad are amazing. Angels on earth all of them. So kind and compassionate. The doctors Shah and Ly and surgeon were fantastic, knowledgeable and clearly explained what was wrong and how they would find a solution. Thank you all for your kindness and care during our stay.
