I will never recommend Banner Lakes Imaging for anything. I was scheduled for a Pet Scan 4 months ago, did a preregister and give them my $250 Copay. When I went in the following week I was told that the procedure was cancelled by my Dr. I was never informed by anyone. I ask how do I get my money back since I didn't have the procedure and was told to call the Billing Dept. MANY calls have been made in several months and lied to so many times.
