So, pretty odd. When I login with a different account, I get different reviews for this imaging office. So take note of that. Everybody is friendly, they run the place very nicely, clean, modern…. and I got my results right away not sure why other people would have to wait - must be a different service they received. However, now they are asking creepy questions about a woman’s cycle, when it happens, when you first got it, etc. This I find very concerning for a routine mammogram, especially when I have no issues. It's been 2 weeks and still can't get the results for my MRI. I call every day and they say "not finalized". I will never go to another Banner facility for any reason.

Worst front desk customer service. I walked up to the front desk and lady said sit down and we’ll call you. So, I sat here for 30 minutes and of course the appointment time passed. I went up to the guy at front desk and he finally took care of me.

This location is the best! Everyone I have dealt with(been here 4x) has been extremely friendly, kind and helpful and have witnessed that same interaction with every patient in the office.

Staff professional. CT done with contrast. Smooth process and felt confidence in tech doing procedure. You park in rear of building and imaging center immediately to your left upon entering building. North of 202 and traffic light makes entering complex easy.
