Actually had a great experience here with my scans, except for one particular individual - Heather, the Imaging tech. The day before I was scheduled for my scans, this tech decided that the images ordered by MY DOCTOR were incorrect, based upon her extensive tech-certificate training and education. Get that? So, nevermind that my doctor and I discussed any medical issues and he ordered the appropriate scans. She apparently knows more than him. Had an MRI at this facility. The front desk was friendly and greeted me with a smile. Check in process was quick and seamless. Gal who rang the test explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. The procedure was run and I was out of the facility quickly. Effecient use of my time
This banner imaging location gave me excellent service and made my test easy to get through. Everyone was very professional and made sure that I was comfortable in the waiting room and in the testing area.
