Thomas Thacker was my doctor for years and everything was awesome but Banner bought out the business and between the office, the billing department and my insurance I could not get my claim covered because they put a wrong diagnosis on the claim. OK I thought that was just a fluke but I went again this year to get my prescriptions renewed and the same thing. Claim denied because of diagnosis. Dr Thomas Thacker was also my doctor as well as my family doctor for my parents and siblings for many years growing up through now, and he will be missed but he was greatly appreciated for his work and care. My new doctor is Dr Tina Lee and she is an awesome doctor as well. Always cheerful and helpful and attentive to any concerns. The medical staff has always been nice even since the switch to Banner Health (although I know some of them are not quite happy with the change, but what can you really do). Really upset with this Dr office. We have been going to Banner for years now and have never had an issue until we moved to Glendale. They make mistakes on referals and when you call they never call back. Have left over 5 messages for the medical assistant and finally they return the call and state you have to come in to get the referal they were supposed to do from the last visit. Very very disapointed. Taken almost two months and still no referal. Changing Banner locations and hoping this is the only bad office.

My dr, Thomas Thacker retired after 20+ years of being my doctor, and the Banner took over the practice. His assistant stayed and because of that so did I. My new doctor is Yumiko Hoeger, and although I never had a female dr as my regular one, I gave her the chance and gotta say, I like her and her style and her thoroughness. The office isn't quite as personal as before, but the appt was easy, there was no wait, and everyone was professional and friendly. Thx
