Discontinued service due to failure of patient to notify unable to attend appointments. The patient was taken to two hospitals four times and two rehab centers continuously for three months. No reminders, no calls to find out what happened…just a threatening letter. The doctor was never prepared when patients current status was accessible within his firm’s data system. Pathetic methodology and rude employee.
After 8 different employees sent me 6 different directions to talk to the doctor i needed, i found it myself. They were closed during business hours with no note and dont answer their phone. So I wandered around more to look for case management or patient advocate. Even a front desk? I finally found the second neuro department to ask for guidance. I was put on the phone with another receptionist. When a patient wants to speak to a neurologist, perhaps getting them in touch with the neurologist is the proper answer. Im not su... read more
