I have had mammograms done there for years. This past year, my doctor ordered a 2D mammogram like every other year. I went to the medical center and signed in like every other year. I had a mammogram and afterwards was billed for a 3D mammogram because they no long do 2D mammograms. No one informed me that this procedure wouldn't be covered by my insurance or that it was different than any other year I had been there. I am refusing to pay the difference. Doesn't care about there patients. I tried work with them. Never gets past one call. Then they ack like you never called. The people in charge of the hospital don't care more then them selfs.

Urgent Behavioral health Care at Maricopa in Phoenix, AZ was awful. The doctor was insensitive and disrespectful. He should have his license investigated. Offered no help and left the patient feeling more hopeless and fearful than when she went in crying for help. The secretary was a nightmare.

I was admitted on 2/13/14 I had general surgery to remove a nickel in my bowel they didn't even wait to see if it would pass did surgery 15 hrs after getting admitted and in early am and tagged it as emergency surgery on 2/14/14 I ended up with sepsis that was caused by the surgery and surgeon the Dr's refused to listen to me about the pressure in my lower abdomen it took 4 days and my abdomen to turn purple with red streaks before they did anything. the opened me up about 5 inches and found 3 bacteria caused by the hospital... read more
