Manager don't know how to handle the business. I am dealing in distress property. I paid banner glass full amount before i sold my property and they told me they are going to fixed the repair with buyer's directly. But has not been fix anything even they don't have courtesy to call and give update. I try to follow up with them so many time but nothing happen. Its already more than month but still not done yet. Please stop cheating the people this not the way business should work.

Sat at home all day waiting for them to call for an appointment for a remote install. Finally called them at 3 PM. They indicated my new windshield arrived broken and they would have to reschedule. I revceived no call from them and wasted an entire day waiting. Find someone else.

Absolutely awesome service! My rear view mirror fell off my windshield and my car dealer recommended this shop. I brought it in the same afternoon and Tom had it fixed within 10 minutes. He was super friendly and the price was about $35 less than what my normal garage quoted. Awesome!

This was an insurance claim to repair the windshield on my Mercedes. The installer came out and installed the wrong windshield. When I pointed out that the part numbers didn't match, he insisted that it was the correct one. I then called the windshield manufacturer and they confirmed it was the wrong windshield. I then ordered the correct part from Mercedes. I asked Banner to rectify the situation by installing the correct windshield and they refused.
