Lori B. We purchased a Lane recliner from Banner, and we had one problem after another. It was under one year warranty from Banner, who sent a really nice guy out to fix it about 3 different times, and it still is not right. We had OK customer service, but I would not purchase from them again.
Ms. I had posted a table on Craig's list and tried to sell it, but couldn't. They took the table on consignment and sold it for me. Very helpful.
