I am incredibly disappointed with my dealings with Banner. The actual er visit was okay, it was definitely a get me out as soon as possible situation but they were nice enough. However, dealing with the Billing side of my visit has been an ACTUAL nightmare. The amount of sleep I've lost trying to get them to send my bills to my insurance has been truely, truely awful. I had a very mixed experience at this Banner Health location. On one hand, the medical staff and providers were excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. However, the front desk staff was the complete opposite. The administrative staff was unprofessional and borderline rude. Despite me providing my insurance information, they claimed they 'didn’t know' if I had insurance, which felt like a stalling tactic or general incompetence.
