An unexpected, potentially serious respiratory event, prompted a visit to this ER. The attending RN and Dr were professional, courteous, and attentive to my emergency that occurred on the first day of a five day cross country, five state road trip. The facility was excellent. Not only did the Dr take care of me medically, she also suggested accomodation close by to Banner Health making it easy to pickup prescriptions for treatment. I have been here twice and had a good experience both times. There was no line either time I was there which was helpful. Kind nurses kind doctors. No complaints.
Dr. Didn't listen to me and therefore didn't include to have the ct that was performed include my pelvis. Found out after my Dr. Ordered my pelvis and hips xray that I have a broken pelvis. The most uncaring people I ever have met. I will never go to Fort Collins Er again and will advise everyone not to go there.
