Provided a credit card for 1 $500.00 deposit on a car. Car was sold out from under us while securing a loan. Completely unethical behavior.
They told me that the truck I wished to purchase was available, so I paid $30+ for a CarFax report. They emailed me ,after being closed for the 4th of July weekend to inform me that suddenly, the vehicle was sold?!? I was promised an incredible online buying experience. Instead, all I got was BS and $35 less in my wallet. Beware!!!!
Watch for service scams, bought new tires. Next day discovered one looked used. Pam in service verified less tread on that tire. Took it back for replacement. Today noticed they had gouged my wheel with tire machine. Pam also verified that. Offered to keep my vehicle for day for wheel repair. Instructed them I will use my own wheel repair person and they can pay the bill. Said they will not go over $100. Their service is great - seem to be pretty honest and helpful guys that will go the extra mile and won't rip you off. Their sales people are another story! I went in to buy a car and was basically told they wouldn't work with me on the price - so I went to baton rouge to All Star and purchased the exact same care for about $3,000 less. Their sales people need to take a lesson from the service dept!
