I don't think the phone number is correct or there's something wrong with their customer service. I tried to make an appointment and they told me I was going to get $100 gift if I just paid them $2.50 over the phone...
Edit.... My truck stayed there for 3 days and on the third day they took a look at it. Took it for test drive and compared it to other vehicles and overall did a really good job for me . The repair order says transmission was making noise and it's just "a noise that is an undesirable characteristic of the vehicle. " I wanted to make sure that my review was fair!
