I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 20 years and I have never had an unpleasant experience. The employees have always been kind and professional.
I have had BFCU for many many years, I usually have teller agents that are the most wonderful caring people. Unfortunately today I had the most horrible customer service. This is the 2nd time in all my years that a teller is rude. I get that people are new and may need some time for the issue at hand. That does not mean to be rude to the people you serve." Exactly as expected.
Attempted to finance through banner credit union. The person who I worked with had 0 idea of what they were doing, made all kinds of statements that they didn't know what they were talking about. Caused my whole deal to fall through. Will ask for someone who isn't on their first day next time!
It is hard to find the Banner Federal Credit Union. It is within the 5757 building on the Banner Campus but as of 4/4/2017 it is not listed on the Banner Medical Pavilion Directory. However as soon as you enter thru the pavilion gate look/turn right, about 30 feet you will see the door labeled Banner Federal Credit Union.
