After attempting to schedule my 1st study several times last week, today I finally got to speak with someone. I held for 17 mins, after initially given a 3-7 min hold est, I did a call back request and when they called back 11 mins later, I was put on hold again for 15mins because I was 4th, FOURTH in line. Please don’t call me back unless I’m NEXT in line. 45 mins for a 3-7 min hold est. Hopefully the appointment experience will be better.
The worst Healthcare system in Arizona my uncle died at banner they didn't help him
You know I'm laying here doing my sleep study right now and of course I can't sleep because that's why I'm here but I've been going through the reviews about this location and I would have to disagree. The staff here are so nice and welcome me and explain the whole process while they're hooking you up to the machines the beds are comfortable it had three pillows two blankets the room is warm and if I had any questions so far I would just start talking they'd come in right away help me out Bring me water I really like this lo... read more
It was the first time having a sleep study done with my little one. We had a great experience at this sleep center. Julian did an amazing job making my son feel comfortable. He was very nice and patient.
