Very poor phone etiquette from their customer service reps or whoever handles the calls. They need to be retrained or have some type of meeting regarding how they handle calls, because I was cut off mid sentence, placed on hold and then when she returned 5 minutes later, I was told she had a “urgent call” that needed to be addressed, but “how can I help you?” . Helpful training excellent job
This review is for corporate only. The care I have received from the doctors and hospitals in Tucson have been excellent. We received a refund check for $50. My bank would not cash or deposit it because the check was missing the MICR line that has the account and routing info. I called customer care and held for 30 minutes.
