After another contractor had removed water-damaged walls and floors and taken out multiple kitchen cabinetry from our manufactured home, we contacted Howard Rakestraw of Banner Construction. He, along with his experienced crew, was able to come up with and carry out a restoration of our place to where it looked better than before.
