01:41 pm, Wed, July 1st. I was just hung up on by the nastiest phone rep I've had the displeasure of speaking to in years. All she was doing was reading a script, so I asked to speak to the office manager - she refused, so I asked her what her name was - she then hung up on me. There was nothing else - well, there was her telling me that because she didn't know the answer to my question, absolutely no one in the entire office would know, that's when I asked for the OM, then her name, then "click". I was rushed in and out, didn't listen to any of my concerns, or ask me any questions. Please do NOT bring your kids here. One of the doctors before performing the exam, she didn't ask to touch me or ask for my okay before moving onto any steps and ended up hurting me in the process. Edit: Doctor was Ariella Friedman

My son had penile torsion and he had to be circumcised the people who work here are fantastic. They really helped me understand what was going to happen during the procedure and what I needed to do to prepare my 4 month old son at the time for this big surgery. I am a new mom so I worried everyday upto the surgery day and they made sure and answered every question I had for them. If I could go there for all of my sons appointments I would in a heart beat.
There was a long wait at first but once we were seen the visit went well. It was quick and the staff were efficient and helpful - they were understanding of our concerns and answered all our questions which helped ease our minds of the procedure but also made us feel confident in the aftercare. Thank you!
