There was a long wait at first but once we were seen the visit went well. It was quick and the staff were efficient and helpful - they were understanding of our concerns and answered all our questions which helped ease our minds of the procedure but also made us feel confident in the aftercare. If you’re scheduled to see Dr. Chang immediately reschedule he is by far the worst doctor I have ever met in my life. He insulted my child to his face. He should be fired immediately and his medical license revoked.

I have serious concerns regarding the integrity of the team here. My son had a circumcision appointment just before 4 weeks of age. Mind you, this is after multiple visits to our pediatrician. Before even observing his private area, we were told there’s a chance it can’t be done and needs a special procedure. Then, his diaper opens and boom, he needs that special procedure. I had an appointment with Dr. Friedman today at the banner children’s specialists urology clinic. I left very upset. My child has an issue that I’ve been seeking help for the past few months and the pediatrician referred us out here. I arrived with many questions and concerns for this appointment but I left feeling worse than how I had come. She was extremely unprofessional and plain rude.
