I have serious concerns regarding the integrity of the team here. My son had a circumcision appointment just before 4 weeks of age. Mind you, this is after multiple visits to our pediatrician. Before even observing his private area, we were told there’s a chance it can’t be done and needs a special procedure. Then, his diaper opens and boom, he needs that special procedure. I had an appointment with Dr. Friedman today at the banner children’s specialists urology clinic. I left very upset. My child has an issue that I’ve been seeking help for the past few months and the pediatrician referred us out here. I arrived with many questions and concerns for this appointment but I left feeling worse than how I had come. She was extremely unprofessional and plain rude. The office staff were all very nice! My son came here for a circumcision, we saw Dr. Chang. I have seen a lot of negative reviews on him however he was very sweet to us, I have no complaints on his bed side manners. Everyone took great care of us, I’m very happy I chose to bring my son here.
