The office staff were all very nice! My son came here for a circumcision, we saw Dr. Chang. I have seen a lot of negative reviews on him however he was very sweet to us, I have no complaints on his bed side manners. Everyone took great care of us, I’m very happy I chose to bring my son here.
Office staff 5*****! Our visit was short and sweet both times we visited. In the lobby less than 5 minutes (including check in). Max 5 minutes waiting for the doctor. It took maybe 10 minutes with the doctor and not because he rushed us out, but Dr. Nyugen remembered our last visit and simply put we were on the same page and had the same suggestions for treatment and just needed confirmation from each other on the next steps for my son's best interest. Do not waste your time to see Dr Barry Chang. My 13 yr old is traumatized from his actions during his visit. The Dr was very irritated at the reason he was there and only wanted to express his personal opinion and that was it. This Dr had no patience when he asked him to show him the area he was to address, he literally jerked and pulls his pants so hard down to his ankles, it made us all look at each other as Oh no, you did not just do that to him!
