Dr Truong advocated for our son and help to create a team of Dr to make a game plan for treatment for my son.
Such nice people and so friendly and really cared about my child and his welfare.
This office provided excellent care. The doctor and PA both listened thoroughly and answered questions very detailed. They addressed concerns with knowledge and compassion. Never had an experience with a surgeon that had excellent bedside manner.
Edited to add: The facility responded to my review and asked to send feedback. I did reach out directly, multiple times before providing my review. I requested to be called back to discuss my concerns and no one reached out then, or has yet to contact me. We scheduled an initial consult and waited a month for my daughter to be seen. She was scheduled for a cash pay plastic surgery consult for revision of a dog bite scar on her face.
