NP Graham is amazing. He’s thorough, caring, respectful and listens. The front office, however, is a joke. They treat you like it’s an inconvenience to be in their presence. I needed important documentation the NP was providing for me “by the end of the day” and it took 5 different people through email, phone and in person to pass the buck 2 days later before I was able to get anything back and the forms were filled out incorrectly. We are very unhappy with the service we received from the doctor as well as the office manager. We have had to ask 8-9 times for testing that was supposed to be done. Months later, upon review of another healthcare team, it was pointed out that testing wasn’t done to include/rule out differential diagnosis. I called and spoke to the office manager who clearly hasn’t gotten the information we need. Now, I have to call and go to the next level to get the information we need for comparative purposes.
