I purchased my home in 2017 and it's been a cluster. They gave me the wrong amount needed at closing so I got a refund of about $1,500 after we closed. I paid $500 to expedite the assessment and that shaved a whole 2 days off the 40 day process (Banner did eventually refund my $500). They agreed to credit my checking account $200 for their clumsy handling of my loan but then decided to send me $200 worth of gift cards to stores I don't shop at. I have had a banner bank account for 3 years now. I have not tried to get a loan from them but do have a rewards credit card with a low fixed rate which makes me pleased with the service and products that i have used to date. I also use the online banking....
Would not recommend this bank
This bank SUCKS, with a capital... SUCKS. Their cards have always been declined with cash in account at over 95% of the places I'd try to use it, is enough for me to close my account I opened this February.
