This bank is a disgrace and a fraud! They continually keep charging my for mail paper statement fees and I've been in 3 times to shut that off. After a few months they start it again! After the first time, they don't actually mail me the statements anymore, just charg me the fees so now I'm paying for something not even received! No ATM fees using ANY ATM anywhere! They get reimbursed. Thought someone should mention it. The staff are extra kind as well.

After years of cashing checks at Banner without issue they suddenly started requiring my address and phone number on my own checks. I figured it was fine and not a big deal. But then they started ignoring me whenever I asked for specific bill denominations. Now they will not even separate my money into envelopes when I bring in multiple checks.
