Great customer service
Very Very sad to see Banner Bank datamining our calls through AI. They have been a good bank, but they are taking the service out of Customer Service. Today it was listening to the call. In the past I call and reach someone. No the AI wanted to spend 25 seconds explaining to me its AI, then its AI could not even connect me. Bank do stupid things sometimes. But this has made me want to switch to my credit union. Poor choice in Service Banner. Been with you decades but this could be a deal break if I can not even talk with a p... read more
