We love Banner Bank! Always friendly and professional services.
After years of cashing checks at Banner without issue they suddenly started requiring my address and phone number on my own checks. I figured it was fine and not a big deal. But then they started ignoring me whenever I asked for specific bill denominations. Now they will not even separate my money into envelopes when I bring in multiple checks. The ladies at this bank off of Garden Valley were amazing today. Kudos to them for great customer service.
It's a beautiful bank and no parking issues. I needed help opening a checking account, I didn't have to wait in line which was a plus. The people who work at the front desk area are very nice and helpful. K'Lee was the wonderful young women who helped me. She is so very nice and very smart, she answered every question I had.
