At about 2 PM 2/22/19 I went into the bank I had recieved a promise of a cash offer if I switched to Banner Bank. Being from an older generation I remembered when customer could go to the bank and ask for help managing money, I said I would like to talk to someone about managing my money and the bank employee laughed and said do you want to open an account.
