employees AND management will treat you like garbage, question your every move, and humiliate you in front of guests. banner bank used to be a warming welcome, now its an embarassment to say i have an account theough them
they keep deleting my comment because its affecting their score. pathetic behavior they fake 5 star comments and take down the real honest ones. i was belittled and questioned by staff here. making me very uncomfortable
