I was greeted at the door and given great service from the moment I walked in. Engelbert was very kind and knowledgeable of the different loan options.
A sad little bank with rude employees that seem very put out when you walk in. The 1 ATM machine outside the building is outdated and is sometimes out of cash or wont process a deposit.
The good news: Free Checking is really free, by not choosing to print paper checks (4 counter checks come with welcome package.) No ATM fees anywhere, use any bank ATM and those fees are reversed. This is great for those of us that don't receive a steady paycheck. One can leave 1 cent in the account and leave it open indefinitely, without a maintenance fee eating away your funds resulting in an overdraft when the bank drafts it's monthly fee as other banks do such as BofA and WF.
