Very fast and just great service
This is the absolute best bank! Kevin the bank manager actually cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. If you are looking for a bank for your business or personal this is the bank and the branch!
I had such a wonderful experience with Leslie at Banner Bank. She is incredibly patient, kind, and personable, which made my banking visit stress-free and enjoyable. Leslie took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, approachable personality. I truly appreciate her excellent service and highly recommend working with her!
Unfortunately I had a bad experience here at this branch. I have been banking with Banner for 8 years now, and have only run into a problem when I come into this office. I had an issue , a small issue, with a small amount of money in the form of a certified money order. I had previously called this office and asked if I could bring it in to deposit into my account ,and on the phone a man said "sure,no problem, we can handle that for you".
