So tired of Banner Bank and their terrible customer service. Ive had my account with them for nearly 14 years but will be closing it soon. The last straw was calling this branch to seeing if they had pesos - they didnt but it was understandable since it was such short notice. But the person I spoke to said that Id still be able to use ATMs in Mexico so no problem. I get to Mexico and my card didnt work at a single ATM machine so I had to use my Chase card...which cost me $5 each time. Called the branch back today to essentia... read more
