I have been banking with Banner for 20+ years, I stoped at the Richland branch since its closest to my current home. Trying to deposit a check from a known source the branch manager put a hold on my check because I wasn't a regular at her branch. I stepped in to talk to her, and she didn't even get up to greet me.
