Excellent service and the commercial refinance was a breeze
This is a WORSE Bank that I deal with! 1. Two days in a roll I could not get of hold of my new representative, representative are switching every other month. 2. I could not pay for a loan that I have with my Chase Bank, only through banner account. 3. I asked Customer Service Department to give me a tel number of my new representative, they refused to give it to me. 4.CS transferred me to his voice mail, but the automated message asked me for a password....what password should I have?
