Incredible family run company. John and Jim installed my home security and it was a smooth, efficient and clean job. The equipment was top of the line and all the technical stuff about setting the alarm was explained in an easy to remember way even for my not so tech savvy wife 😁. I can’t recommend Banner Alarm Co. enough! They’re extremely professional and knowledgeable in their line of work. Their customer service is always top notch; any questions we’ve ever had have always been addressed by them in a timely fashion. They’re a wonderful family run business that we will happily continue to support!
I will never use Banner Alarm again. Their customer service is absolutely awful, especially for a company that’s supposed to make its clients feel secure. When I called them about concerns with my alarm connection not working, their first response was to raise their voice and say “we’ve had lawyers look into this and it’s not our problem.” I advise everyone to look into alternatives if you were considering Banner Alarm. They will not work to keep you safe, just take your money and find ways to not give you service.
BANNER ALARM HAS THE EXPERTISE AND DELIVERS! We've been using Banner Alarms for 20+ years. In this time if we had to call for service 5 time that would be a lot. Today 3/17, 2025, was one of those days. I called for service this morning, my control was signaling there was a problem. An hour and a half later, John and Jim were at my door, they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and they were gone!
