I will never use Banner Alarm again. Their customer service is absolutely awful, especially for a company that’s supposed to make its clients feel secure. When I called them about concerns with my alarm connection not working, their first response was to raise their voice and say “we’ve had lawyers look into this and it’s not our problem.” I advise everyone to look into alternatives if you were considering Banner Alarm. They will not work to keep you safe, just take your money and find ways to not give you service.

BANNER ALARM HAS THE EXPERTISE AND DELIVERS! We've been using Banner Alarms for 20+ years. In this time if we had to call for service 5 time that would be a lot. Today 3/17, 2025, was one of those days. I called for service this morning, my control was signaling there was a problem. An hour and a half later, John and Jim were at my door, they fixed the problem in 20 minutes and they were gone! This is a Great Company whom I have used in various business and residential locations. They provide quality service at a reasonable price. Why would you use a oil company or a big conglomerate, when you can have local service.
