Daniel from Bann Electric worked at our home today on several tasks: Replaced four wired smoke detectors (the previous ones were not wired/installed correctly); replaced three overhead and one bathroom vanity lights; adjusted and fixed wall outlets. Daniel was prompt, friendly and explained what the current electricals were and his repairs. He made sure we understood how the new light remotes work and was very respectful of our home and property. The actual service was very good. Friendly employee. Did his job well. And we loved the reasonable price! Very reasonable. The only downside was getting someone here. Evidently a software glitz--we got lost in the system. So we were scheduled for 8 am. They didn't get here until 3 pm. Kind of messed up our schedule.

I was having trouble with the circuit breaker which my boiler was on. Because the insulation on the wire had melted, I decided that I wanted to have a professional electrician do the work. I called Bann and even though we were in the middle of a blizzard they were able to get me an appointment for early Tuesday. Larry arrived within the appointment window updated me about his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs.
