The actual service was very good. Friendly employee. Did his job well. And we loved the reasonable price! Very reasonable. The only downside was getting someone here. Evidently a software glitz--we got lost in the system. So we were scheduled for 8 am. They didn't get here until 3 pm. Kind of messed up our schedule.
Daniel from Bann Electric worked at our home today on several tasks: Replaced four wired smoke detectors (the previous ones were not wired/installed correctly); replaced three overhead and one bathroom vanity lights; adjusted and fixed wall outlets. Daniel was prompt, friendly and explained what the current electricals were and his repairs. I was having trouble with the circuit breaker which my boiler was on. Because the insulation on the wire had melted, I decided that I wanted to have a professional electrician do the work. I called Bann and even though we were in the middle of a blizzard they were able to get me an appointment for early Tuesday.
