They deserve to go out of business!
Been with Bankwest 20+ years. From personable and helpful to "computer says no". Interaction with teller 220 SGT cold, robotic, basically she told me to go online myself and advise the bank of some personal detail after I'd taken the trouble to walk to the branch to advise in person. Congrats on destroying the competitive advantage you once had over the others. You no longer rock, but I'm sure you're more efficient. Keep those inward looking kpi's high on your agenda and you'll destroy the brand completely.
Staff were extremely unhelpful and didn't care about trying to assist us. Was told to come back later and someone might be available but they couldn't guarantee it. Refused to take booking as well.
I was at 3:30 pm they don't want give me services not nice at all
