Went in on Saturday, served by a very lovely lady (can’t remember her name) really tried to help me out with a withdrawal. A breath of fresh air after dealing with very rude staff at bank west inaloo
Very very slow service staff need to retraining wait more than half hour!!!

Useless non-trained staff fumble their way through trying to help you. An equivalent enquiry with NAB next door took 2 minutes to resolve, & Bankwest over 45 minutes before we were permitted to leave .. 😡
