I have been in Karratha for 10 years and have been a loyal customer to bankwest over the years, I dunno how under the last management. In the last 12 months since manager Hamish has been there the customer service has been impeccable from all counter staff and his care and willing to go above on beyond for customers is simply amazing. Highly recommend choosing Bankwest Karratha! Well done team

Don't go here they don't care about there customers they said I couldn't do something then I walked across to commonwealth and got it done. Absolutely useless.
Lets start with my name is not Michael Sutherland! They just put a new branch in shopping centre, but the Security Nazis close the centre at 6.10pm so ATM is now unavailable after then. Why do they close off the centre, you ask? Because there is NO SECURITY GUARD after that time. The NEW branch doesn't have a "Smart ATM" where we can deposit cash. The only deposit ATM (not cash) is inside the store.
