I contacted Bankwest via their phone line, hoping to make some enquiries about our existing home loan. In my opinion, the level of service and advice provided was sub-optimal.
Going cashless is the beginning of the end.
Not open Saturday any longer? None are! Sometimes hard to find an ATM open.
Aaron was fantastic and the staff were really helpful with our multiple questions on the day. Tricky to find as Google says it's outside. Its on the same inside lane as the post office. Would recommend
